Walkthrough

You will find how to solve the puzzles in The Wishing Stone on this page. Please be sure you want to read the content before you scroll down. 

Prologue

There are 2 important boxes in the area marked red. You can find 9 chips in one of the boxes and put the chips into the other box.

After opening the box, and piecing everything together, you will get the note on the right side. Use every individual number and apply them to the formula below.
(2-2)*2 = 0  (6-2)*2 = 8  (3-2)*2=2  (5-2)*2 = 6   The password: 0826
The order of the chips is decided by the chronological order of the photos on the family photo wall. 
Open the garden shed with the password and find the scissors and gloves in there. Then you can head back to the witch and continue the story. 

Chapter 01

Please see below the areas where you can find important items. After finding all the wooden pieces, you can put them in the box like how it's shown in the 4th picture and get the key from the box.
After investigating the note about the 3rd blue book from one of the drawers with a lock, you will be able to read the blue book. You'll get a piece of memory there as well as the correct color code for the box below. After getting the lens from the box, turn off the light and you'll see a lens icon on the left top corner of the screen.
With the lens on, you will see the answer for the knob of the mini-safe, and the answer for the box below in the 3rd picture. After getting the card from that box and putting it under the crystal ball, you'll get the password for the mini-safe. Open the safe and the story will continue.
After the story, you should be in the kitchen. Each flower pot has a note that tells you its element. Get the bottle with gel balls from the fridge and put it in the sink, you will get the note that tells you what color each element is. Use the correct color watering cans to water the flowers.

After getting the key and opening the storage room, you can get all ingredients and head back to the night market. 

Chapter 02

Open the puzzle boxes below and get the items in there. We have put in a timed skip button for the puzzles that players might still get stuck on even after seeing the answer.

Use the square card with holes on the piece of paper in washroom cabinets and you'll get the first picture below.  
For ④⑥ and ② notes, combine the first 2 pattern from left to right, you get the third one. Other than the outside shape(boundary), in ② if you combine the first 2 pattern and keep anything that only one of the pattern has, while canceling out anything that both have, you get the 3rd one.
In ④⑥ you need to add one extra step of flip the second pattern horizontally before combining to the second. The rest of the rule is the same with ②.
In ⑤, rotate the symbol and remove 2 corners like what's suggested on the note. Compare all the hints with the Alphabet ⇆ Symbol notes, you'll get the answer "FOREVER". The 3rd and 6th letter is white letter with black base like in the hints.

The box has double layers. You can use the small tool to take out the top layer and collect everything in the bottom layer too. After collecting everything, use the heart pieces and gemstones to open the last box in this chapter. The correct color order of the gemstones can be found in the snowflake note.
After opening the heart box, you will be able to continue the story that leads to the next chapter.

Chapter 03

Open the lower drawer of the nightstand and the puzzle box in it is a puzzle of trial and error. If you click on the button with the right order, it would light up green. Any wrong click would reset the puzzle but all the clicks before the wrong click are correct. Memorize that order and soon you will know the correct answer. The correct order is 5-2-7-4-3-6-1. After opening the box, you will find the paper note for color mixing shown in picture 2. The color of the gem is supposed to be able to create the color of the patterns(shown in the blackboard in the kitchen) in the middle according to the mixing rule. After opening the box you'll get a key to one of Ailsa's diaries.
Use the key from the box above and open Ailsa's childhood diary. There's a ring with colors on the last page.
And in the mirror, there are four color dots that indicate the 4 knobs for the puzzle in picture 4. Because they are seen from inside the mirror, they should be flipped horizontally. Each color can be formed by 2 neighboring colors in the ring of colors in the diary (see 1st picture below). And that's the answer for the angle of each knob in the puzzle

After solving the puzzle, you will see the map in the 4th picture below. 
Open Ailsa's 2nd diary with the hint of date in the dresser and on the last page, you see the hint for the map. The compass indicates the general direction(angle). The numbers and the direction in the diary indicates the numbers of islands the ship travels, and the direction coloration to where the ship is facing.

With all the above hints, we get the 6-digit password for the letter holder. Other than puzzles, this chapter also has choices and important story branching. Wishing to go home any time before reading all the letters would lead to "Sweet Dream" ending. Wish to go home after reading the letters, but without unlocking the true end condition, you will be on the path to a normal good end Home. The condition to enter the true ends is reading all the letters and finding the book Gina gave Ailsa. It's in the top drawer of the night stand, under the layer the map is in. This drawer also has double layers.  
You will progress to Chapter 04 after making a wish to go home but depending on the choices and the condition, Chapter 04 would be different on a different route. Another side note, making a wish to call out the witch early in this chapter is a good idea. She would give you extra insight into the situation at this point. 

Chapter 04

Use the 8 planet pieces and arrange them in the correct order according to their position in the solar system and you can find 4 metal pieces with symbols. Find the paper note and the last metal piece in the purple box on the desk and compare the symbols to the Alphabet to figure out what letters they are. The common word these five letters can form is DIARY. On the paper note, the direction of the arrow shows which way the word "DIARY" goes and the description on the note implies the green side is the lower side and the blue side is up. With all those factors, the correct answer for the cube puzzle is shown in the 5th picture below.
From the box above we get the key to Gina's Diary. On the last page of the diary, there are 4 color blocks. The hint implies that you calculate the size of these color zones in the picture on the right side - the colors that match the hint in the diary and you get an 8-digit password for the metal box in the lower layer of the night stand. 
Open the metal box with the password and get the clock hands like pieces from there, and put them in the round box on Gina's desk.  Then you can open it with the hints listed below. The numbers on circles show where the Roman numbers go. The clock hands should point at 8 and 7 because of the stopped watch. And pink should line up with number one because Gina mentioned that pink was the first color of life on earth in her diary.

After Opening the round box and reading the letter, the game will progress to Chapter 05 which doesn't have any puzzles. It's purely a story. Only when you enter Chapter 06B which is the true end route, will you have puzzles again.

Chapter 06B

The following pictures are hints for the 5 round buttons puzzle with arrows. Solve the maze like the picture below and then check the colors that the path leads through in order, and check the number listed on the side for the color, you would get 41893. Find the arrow that matches those numbers and these arrows are the solve for the puzzle. 
After opening the small compartment, you would get a key that opens the middle part of the stand. Inside there's a note that tells how time can translate to a single digit number. The way to calculate is basically adding all individual numbers until they become one number.
5+3+8=16; 1+6 =7                9+2+7 = 18; 1+8=9                1+1+4+2 = 8
Knowing this rule, the number for all clocks should be as they are shown in the first picture below. The second picture below shows which number should be in which position for the last puzzle. 
After reading the book inside, the story will continue, and you can reach different true ends by making different choices.
